Attorney Victor Lipovetsky founded Velan Law Firm in the San Francisco Bay in 1995. Prior to becoming a personal injury attorney, Mr. Lipovetsky earned his BA in Cellular Biology from the University of California at Berkeley. His pre-med background allows him to have a clear understanding of his clients' medical conditions when examining their medical records to evaluate their injuries and assess the compensation that they will need.

Attorney Lipovetsky is a member of the State Bar of California and licensed to practice law in California and before the 9th District Federal Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Rotary Club and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers of California.
